Lueria Roussanne was made from 100% Roussanne grapes, grown at the foothills of Meron Mountain, in the Upper Galilee region, at 840 meters elevation, with a unique soil structure combining chalk, basalt and terra rossa. e residents, to whom the attributes of the land were already known from Talmudic times, named the village - Sifsaf - in Aramaic, a region where fruit mature late. the wine was made using only the "free run" (the first juice to flow from the grapes). is gives the wine a greenish-straw displaying tropical fruit, citrus, passion fruit, honey, floral and apricot flavors. It has a rich mineral, rich and balanced mouthfeel.
