Luria Pinot Grigio
Lueria Pinot Grigio was made from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes, grown at the foothills of Meron Mountain, in the Upper Galilee region, at 870 meters elevation, with a unique soil structure combining chalk, basalt and terra rossa. The residents, to whom the attributes of the land were already known from Talmudic times, named the village - Sifsaf - in Aramaic, a region where fruit mature late. The wine was made using only the "free run" (the first juice to flow from the grapes). This gives the wine a greenish-straw displaying tropical fruit, blossoming flowers, citrus, passion fruit. It has a mineral, rich and balanced mouthfeel.
